After multiple defacements, the Iron Horse was stabled in a secret warehouse where it remained until 1959 when UGA horticulture professor L.C. Curtis moved it to his farm along Highway 15, about 20 minutes from the university. It stands there today in the middle of a corn field, visible from the road unless it\u2019s close to harvest season.<\/p>\n
While the sculpture lives on the Curtis farm, it actually is still owned by the University of Georgia. UGA renamed the farm Iron Horse Plant Sciences Farm honoring Pattison\u2019s creation.<\/p>\n
Roam & Ramble was inspired by my Jeep Wrangler I absolutely love to drive.
